99 hp by doing soul wars, then do lvl 3 stakes and you would fucking own

 

just mess around with some sort of staker, builds like 75-30-75 are always fun to mess with at duel arena

 

You would need alot of planning and ages to do it.

But i always wanted to do a massive party with an account that gets 98 -> 99 in all stats in an hour or 2

 

if you are deciding to make him USEFUL, make a(n) blitz/barrage initiate(or the better one) obby/gmauler. i'll post pics of mine

I would make an account with like 40 attack, 50 str, and 1 defense to start out, then train slayer and level up stat's acording to what you need for the tasks. Leveling strength and defense when you kill slayer monsters.. Shoot for 99slayerand defense.. Just my opinion

 

Considering you only have 14 days, just go with a defense noob. When your main gets unbanned, xfer some cash to set him up with full dragon as a super low level!

 

Make one skill 1, then the next 2, then the next 3, and so on.

It would be:

Attack= 1
Strength =2
Defense =3
Ranged = 4
etc.....
