So I go and do all the stuff on PA, and then message him. He tell's me he is busy, and that I have to wait. So I wait 20 minutes, and I ask him about how long, Then after that it is another 10 minutes. So finally he's ready, gets me to send him this message via player auctions, then talks for a bit. So then, he says, ok world 73 varrock bank, I go there, and he trades and declines. So, then he messages on MSN, and says I have to go on PA and confirm full delivery, before he will give me anything.

That completely defeats the purpose of using Player Auctions, I get no security whatsoever.

On top of that, he wasted an hour and a half of my time ( from when I first talked to him about the order, till now), in which I could have been buying the gold I am trying to buy.

Maybe it would make sense to tell people ahead of time that even though you are using Player Auctions, you have to give him everything first.

Doesn't make sense to me, just forewarning people.
