looking for an all round main:

-want some starting cash on it atleast a few mill

-want a few 99s

that's about it really, got around $230 to spend

- willing to use omm if you pay fee's
- if you don't pay fee's of omm you will be going first
- can pay by paypal or mail
-also please answer are you going to pay omm fee's or go first?

You pay OMM fees.
Or you go first, with me writing a comment saying if you don't receive the item you can get your money back with a dispute, you can also write when you send the money the comment I provide.
 
I can read perfectly fine. If you are buying the account you normally buy the OMM. You also don't expect everything to flow the way you want it to. So don't flame me for making an offer.

It say's "Willing" to use. That means you may or may not. If you want things done you way post exactly how it goes not in stupid dot points like you have. Also reporting your post for flaming me.
