You don't "work towards becoming a moderator"... You just keep doing what you do and keep beeing active because you enjoy and care about the community. Then you might be asked to help out more by joining the staff.
Sorry I'm just tired of people who so badly wanna become moderators. Everytime I try to talk to people about sythe.org they reply with "I'm trying to be a mod". Met a nice dude ingame while I was high and we chatted for a good while because he also had smoked. Then I asked him if he was a member here and he replied with "Yeah I'm trying to become a mod!
" And I was all like /ignore + logout bed time...
