I Am Kam (Scammer)

I don't know why my previous thread was closed, I asked a question and it was locked after he responded, allowing me no time to answer. The answer to the question is no, there wasn't anymore to the convo because he appeared offline (for no reason, blocked me) which covered up me asking Want to by RSGP, and I had to leave it there so you know he blocked me.

Briefly explain the trade:I went first for 18M he was trading 16.20$.
How they scammed:After he recieved RSGP he logged off of MSN or blocked me
