I have felt this for a very long time but have not said it.
I take offense to hahanerds avatar as it makes it seem that everyone with a turban is a terrorist. This is not true, yet every time I get on a plane people start looking at my family and I with funny looks, some of them suspicious. Every time we go to security, we are "randomly" checked. This summer, my grand father had knee replacement surgery, yet he was still "randomly" checked even though he had all the doctor's notes. He was forced to stand when he was in wheel chair and was yelled at by security guards due to him not understanding English well. Yet when another elderly man with the SAME problem came, he was allowed through no problem. We are just expressing our faith SIKHISM, we are from India and the faith has no connection to terrorist groups. I have one time been approached in public by a seven year old kid asking if I had a bomb in my patka. I'm only fourteen.
I'm sorry, I just had to get that off my chest, keep the avatar if you wish.
