Most i have to spend is 50$ paypal and around 10M runescape.
Looking to buy an overall main. Would like it to have a decent amount of Quest points with most/all major Quests completed. Post what you have along with your asking price.
I am not looking to spend a lot. Maxed accounts are not welcome (and close-to-maxed accounts).
High Quest Points is ideal.
90+ mage is a requirment
Quests that must be completed:
1.Desert Treasure
2.Lunar Diplomacy
3.Smoking Kills
4.Recipe For Disaster (to some extent at least)
5.Legends (not a must, but is a plus)
Rules
•I will not go first, sorry.
•I will use an OMM at your expense if you don't want to go first.
•I will require a recovery test before purchase, completed by me or the OMM.
