Alright its hard for me to even know where to start.....I'm going to try keep this as simple and sweet as i possibly can so I don't kill anyone of boredom while reading the following:
A few weeks ago i was doing a lot of GP selling and buying, had many successful trades in a short period of time.
Most of my trades were conducted with the other person usually going first but in cases were they did not feel safe or comfortable a OMM was always used.
I used several OMM's
Vietballer, Dingo, Nate and others...
I was approached by this one user on sythe selling 900m surly i was interested in his offer but he insisted id go first. Him saying that immediately made me think he was a scammer, i then told him he could not be trusted so he said to me " OK ill use a OMM " I said alright who's the OMM? He brought in PlzNate....I already had known that Nate's msn was hacked since he had a big announcement about it so i was being very cautious probably a little too much.
The E-mail Plznate was using on Msn was different then the one provided on the OMM list thread, i guess this is because it had not been changed yet, but noticing the e-mails were different i thought to myself Nate could be hacked and why should i risk getting scammed even though it is a mod, you never know what could happen especially since i been a member here for a long time and have seen it all.
So i Immediately called both of them scammers! I was so persistent and rude because when you are in business of selling and buying gp half the people you do business with end up trying to scam you and a couple actually succeed :/
To be safe i then invited Vietballer in the conversation with the gp seller and Nate, so now we had 2 Official MM's i was prepared to pay fees for Vietballer and the other guy would pay Nate. But Nooooooo.... the other guy kept refusing he insisted either i go first or Nate ONLY as a OMM, that is were it all seemed real fishy and the deal was called off.
10 minutes later previous customers of mine that i had sold GP to told me on msn that they had been scammed by the same exact person who i just called the deal off with.
So then i was being a complete idiot and did not follow the rules, i posted on that persons thread warning the rest of the sythe users to be cautious when dealing with him, Nate removed my posts and send me PM saying if i did it again i would be Infracted.
I then tried to explain to Nate what was going on but we did not see eye to eye.
Then Firez, Vietballer, myself and the guy who got scammed ( i forgot who he was now but i can find him if you need me to ) were on msn talking about the situation.
Firez ended up giving the guy who insisted i go first a Perm Ban for either scamming or ban evasion which i forgot now.
So to make that whole big story short, i was so determined to take that scammer down i kept posting on his thread warning the rest of sythe and not obeying rules which i of course regret it now so much. That led me to a 3 day ban by Plznate. Later on me and Plznate were on msn discussing what had happened and why i did not stop when he asked me.....I was being a little bitchy and told him " you need to get laid " On MSN like that was really going to solve anything other then make the matters worse like it did.
I understand my past on Sythe is not very good in 2008 - 2009 i had many infractions but I've changed, I am sure you can check my account and you will notice i have not done a lot of things wrong since back in 2009 i truly believe i am a good member of Sythe and contribute a lot!
I do not know where Plznate and I stand at this exact moment but we had a few conversations after this incident on msn wich i still don't know how he feels, he told me i could dispute, i asked him sevral times if he felt i had recieved a long enough punishment and could finally appeal and i believe he said yes. So here is my appeal i am sorry for making it so long.
Once again i was only trying to look out for members of sythe so they would not get scammed but i did it in the complete wrong manor.
And by the way Tyro i have cooled down lol so let me know what you guys want to do with me.
Sorry for my behavior and the way i handled the situation, i also apologize if my story is hard to read my English is not perfect as you can posbably see lol.
