Lol I actually asked my girlfriend who is a lawyer.

Nowhere on his post does he mention anything about them being stolen.
Basically, if you didn't know it was stolen, you can't get into trouble for it.
You are just a third party.
If you stumble across that post, you can think its a regular giveaway.
Plus, BTC is anonymous and untraceable, people can never put a name behind a BTC address, so them even being able to track down who won it to attempt to sue would be impossible, unless the winner decides to go public (which they obviously wouldn't). Not to mention, BTC is something you can't chargeback or anything, so they can't 'remove' the BTC in any way.
