I use rune javelin or a dragon dart and a yew tree seed... <3

 

I would suggest getting a Ring of recoil, using it's ~35 hits (as I think it holds 40 hits), and then doing the same thing as this guide tells to, but equiping ring, not a knife. When you're barraged I believe you can't fight back, so if anyone barrages you, you can't throw your knife, but ring of recoil does the job and disappears.

 

Very good guide, amazing method, but its not totally afk, as you ll be logged out after 5 mins...so every 5 mins you will need to go back on that acc screen and clic?
Or in pvp world you can stay as much as you want without getting logged out?

 

If you get the screen spinning like the guide says, then you won't get logged out.

 

Wizard boots and rune jav work well too and tuis, you need to take 35 hits to break a recoil, doubt they'll hit that much times. Also, remember when ur getting farcasted and can't throw, u can drop the item since it's less than 1k . Hope this helps, didn't see it mentioned, hope the author includes that

 

Also forgot to add, since I can't edit for some reason, gotta do a new post. Trees are great anti farcast spots, try to get places where there are
a lot of them

It's not bug abuse :O no bug involved , jagex set the price of an alched item themselves the alching price is finally useful instead of people losing rares
