Panda forgot to remove the video part from the slither game when he copy pasted to create the 2048 thread, it was too easy to cheat on that game. 2048 game could be verified using the highscore with the cookies. Reason I left it up in this thread, I wouldn't say it's necessary for this game, but there will be at least 1 user from now on that will have to submit a video to win anything in any stake event.

Also added a rule that was long overdue to prevent people from signing up to Sythe to exclusively enter these events. It's kicking people who put in a lot of effort a position down and out of the money. They're free to join other stake.com giveaways on the stake.com discord, but we're trying to keep these events available for the people that make up the Sythe community (actively post).

Hi all, upon watching Mout's entry to this weeks event, i've discovered a plethora of evidence that suggests he in-fact has cheated.
This is his upload:


Method: He uses a cheat engine of sorts to slow down the game, then uses editing software to speed up the recording, producing a what seems to be legit playthrough.
I have one piece of undeniable proof, along with a few other comments.

Main proof:
-Notice the food, it spins. In the live game, it spins for 5 seconds. In mout's, it spins for 2.5 seconds. This is undeniable.

Further proof:
-Bad quality video image, possibly using some cheap software to speed up the video.
-Doesn't show desktop toolbar. Must be some sort of program to slow down games/video editing software open that he wants to hide. It also hides the computer clock at the bottom right, which is handy for him.

Do you really think someone could have this fast reaction speeds? I mean come on, wtf? Without a clear strategy, that much computation at the real game speed is simply inhuman.


Oh, and as i write this, he takes down his youtube channel.
(I proposed to him that he could take the dignified route and just delete his entry)




This would be a shame, but I pre-recorded his entry in speculation of this occurring. Feast your eyes.

Does make sense, especially the food that spins. Very good eye Cherub. His reactions were also absurdly good and move perfectly after each food spawn. Also confirms the hunch of someone having it open during one of the Sythe discord events.

All submissions from here will require video proof with the whole screen recorded to win part of the top 3. We'll wait for @Panda to decide what happens with Mouton.

 

Here's mine. Also anyone suspected of cheating would have to record ALL future submissions, even if it says it isn't needed. You become the exception. This goes away if you can somehow prove you didn't cheat. This would also apply to the Sythe discord mini events. People who are caught will be disqualified from that event and may not be able to participate for a few more. Possibly even banned from future events. We'll have to wait for @Panda to confirm.
