I think your order was going to be next after mine, which was supposed to be finished on the 20th/21st, but he messaged me saying "IRL issues" have delayed him.
He hasn't logged on my account since his last message, so I'm not sure what's going on. There are 9 days left on the account's bond (which he supplied), so I will probably wait until then to make an official report. I don't think he's intentionally scamming as he was actually working on my account (he didn't just take my money and run); I gave him a fresh lvl 3 which currently has 120 quest points + some stats. Still, to allow someone to pre-pay and then disappear without making an edit to this thread's OP isn't right.
