Safest way to to buy membership on purchased account

I recently purchased a 2k+ total account on here. I still have a month of bonds to burn through but I'm wondering what is the best way to purchase membership so as to raise as little suspicion as possible from Jagex. Since I just recently bought the account, obviously there were changes to the email and password and some purchased bonds provided by the account seller so I want to raise as few red flags as possible.

I know I can buy membership through the OSRS app now, which goes through iTunes payment stuff. I can buy membership normally too with my regular credit card. Is the in-app purchase safer? Is there a better option (not bonds in game)?

Note: I don't want to buy bonds for ingame GP, I'm not nearly rich enough and I'd prefer not to anyway.

 

Have you thought about looking at the membership section they sell bonds etc for irl cash, could always just buy some gp with the cash and buy a few bonds

 

IMO I think you should buy bonds, at least for the first few months (due to it being a high profile account). Otherwise I'm not confident that there is much difference between buying thru CC, iTunes, etc. If you don't use bonds, you should use a method that doesn't divulge your IRL name, address, etc. to Jagex as they could (in theory - going way down the rabbit hole) compare the creation information on the account to that of your credit card or whatever payment method you choose.

 

How risky is it to use my normal CC to pay for mems? I would have waited a month and a few days past when I actually bought the account to start paying with my CC. I was told after a month it should be pretty safe to pay normally. What do you think?

 

I mean quite frankly, if the account isn't 2277 then I wouldn't even worry about it. If it were me, I'd just go ahead and use my CC to buy members. If it is a 2277 account, I wouldn't. When you pay with CC they can view your name (which again, I still think you'd be fine with TBH). Doesn't hurt to play it safe though.

 

Cool thanks for the info! The account is around 2100 TTL so it's not nearly close to maxed. I'll have waited a month plus too before paying for anything so it sounds like that should be ok.

Are there any methods which allow you to hide your name and other info from Jagex when paying for mems that wouldn't be sketchy enough to raise red flags themselves?

Yeah, I think you'll be fine. I wouldn't worry about it & would just pay with whatever method you preferred.
