1 year since eoc, opinions?

I just miss the people - no one plays anymore.. as I Bleed Duke Blue said, even World 2 has barely any players, instead of the GE being full the bottom left corner is the only one with people - let alone the entire World being full.

 

even with rs07 there's things i still miss like some people say...
rs07 can't be our substitute forever off runescape, when we played we were used to updates, rs07 can't be updates forever or it won't be rs07 like they said.
Eoc has to be gonne forever or GG (it is GG jagex already...)

 

Couldn't have explained it better, the main thing I miss too is the people. :'(

 

Yeah, RS was a lot more fun with W2 Ge would be backed and people would make fun or you for wearing a glory and not a fury (no sarcastic got into some fun arguments).

 

This... the amount of solomon and squeal shit is absolutely mindboggling. I used to be able to identify every item in the game, know every item's function, etc.

 

Eoc is the death of the game brah

 

After eoc, I never really saw a full world anymore. It's pretty sad and as many stated I miss alot of my friends who quit

 

They ruined the game; it's pretty evident.

 

EOC is terrible, I only log on nowadays to transfer RSGP.

 

Pre-eoc was such a fun game shame that jagex had to ruin it.

 

I really liked it in 2011 and early 2012, after which it got ruined.

I know im going to sound like a faggot for saying this but i liked runescape the most during 2008-july 2010

 

Hate eoc, it completely killed the game.

Didn't liked it at first, stopped playing EoC for about 9 months and just spent my time playing OSRS for the past 9 months. Got bored of OSRS then came back to EoC, which I now find fairly fun.

P.S To those who still don't find it fun, you will gradually over the weeks/months.

 

i found EoC alright, but RS3 nty. Now i just play OSRS

 

Completely destroyed any desire I had to play Runescape. I had finally finished maxing a pure after years of training (don't play too often) right as they changed to EoC, rendering my account useless.

 

Same with me. I have an account with almost max total (A good portion of those 99's were done legit) and now I don't even login. In my opinion the eoc has destroyed the game completely.

The only involvement that I really have with runescape these days is playing on private servers so that I can practice bridding or occasionally posting in runescape related sections.


Maybe someday I'll make an OSRS account and play, but I can't see that happening for a very long time. I don't really want to start from scratch again, and to be honest I think I enjoy playing most other games a lot more.
