Looked over guide, it's well written, but not verifyable. I can't confirm that you will always get better loot, nor do I have the time to go through all of the guide and test it on my own accounts.
But I will say, it's detailed and goes into depth and includes good methods on gaining such potential.
Please note:
#2 Reading it, it looks like it would work, not sure. I don't really play much Runescape.
#3 is common sense and can be found free.. Just like throwing a knife with a Wizard Top G in invy etc.
#4 can be found on youtube and other places for free.

And theirs somethings on the guide that cant be found on youtube, nor online like the glitch for getting a new targ.

They designed it like that? Elaborate. Howcome when you log out for 10 minutes right after you get a target your target potential doesn't stay full then?

Jagex didn't design that into the game so stop acting like you know everything. You didn't read what it was.

It's a glitch they're to lazy to fix and not the general person Pking knows it. So please, don't post on this thread spamming.
