(1 pray) Ranged exp help?

Hi all,

I'm looking for an inexpensive method of getting my ranged up whilst keeping 1 prayer. (no avas/overheads) whilst being very afk (sand crabs or nmz)

Current thoughts:

Bone crossbow
MSB (i) with cheap arrows

Any other suggestions?
Help is appreciated
