1 or 5 def?

I made my f2p pure now, it's 30 atck 38 str 1 def 20 pryr atm, but I think 1def really blows... I'm hesitating about getting 5 def, what you people think?

 

5 sucks i think.
Def should be 1(iron pure), 20(initate),45(rune pure) .
All others options are unacceptable.

 

what bout 10 def? they're good. my pure is 41 att (lol), 51 str, 10 def and 1 pray. Ive beated a guy 41 att 70+ str 1 def and pray on a dm. I had 13 lobs when i won ^^

 

Get 1 def if not get 40 def! But if you want 40 def i suggest you get whatever
stat your working on H.i.g.h!

no point wasting that combat lvl and xtra str lvls for a meagre amount of def

 

5 will do nothing, 10 wont be of any help, either stay 1 or go for 40 id say.

 

the only reasonyou would get 10 its to lok sorta better and its only accaptle aroudn the lv 70 65 mark couase at that lv it dont make much diffence

 

1 Def pwns. You may be getting owned by defence noobs right now, but just wait. Soon, when your at a rune scimmy and 40+ strength you'll be hitting 10's on them, when they hit 5's.

If you need some proof/inspiration, simply go to youtube and look up I_Mahatma_I or other well known pures.

 

1 def, doesn't level any CMBT. 5 def levels 2 CMBT levels. Lvl 1 def for life.

 

i saw 1 pray over 31 pray aswell..seing as with those pray levels you could get a better str lvl..

 

5 def is useless either stay at 1 or go 20,45,70 ini,zerker,barrows

 

1 Defence pures are good, 5 defence is useless, why would you even want 5 defence? a steel defender? a bit of crappy steel armor?

 

Combat of 8 levels, you hit like somebody with 70 str when your 62. Also you get the same amount of cb lvls from 31 pray than you do with 8 str lvls. pray is handy... i have 1 and i don't pk much but i'm 40-45-1... :O..

 

Keep 1... you should only get 5 if you make a mistake and get to 3 or 4.

dontuse iron rmor, mages pwn u, use lether chaps leather vambs leather bod and leather cowl instead this provides def against all forms of attack.
