Just letting everyone know that old school bonds didn't come out until late March of 2015 so this part isn't true considering the account was at least created in 2014:

Yeah when I had the account then I payed through PayPal, so would I just give them my email to my PP or?

No ofc not I'd just delete that part out of your post. If they really required a record of previous payment and you were willing to supply you'd just have to give them one or more of the paypal confirmation numbers that they send you every time you pay a month of membership+
