okey you will need following

if you can (this is cheapest other wise it costs 47mill if you dont have this ) full torag excpt weapon dragon boot toktz-ket-xil and dragon gauntlets and staf of air!!!!!!
If you cant use this above^ use full rune or full iron but no staff of air

now then you have your armour equiped go to the GE and buy 1,737,925 of mind runes (if you dont use staf of air but air runes to ) equip your armour.
now go to a place that no one is near and find a chicken! or something that cant hurt you now (make sure no multiway combat!) ill use chicken in this example
we will use the games weakest spell! wind strike! put on autocast on it and it will just get splashed and dont do any damage!
since you have auto cash on you can leav the computer and do what the hell you want no random event will come etc etc and no one can kill your chicken!
if you start from 0 exp to 99 you will need 1,737,925 mind runes (and air runes if you cant use the uber equipment!

 

Most people know this method lol and takes ages though :S

You can also auto cast the mage dummies at lumby.

 

No offence, this is a weak guide, much better methods.

 

How do you know you need that many? What about the times you miss or the times you hit 0? Or what about the new update? That must bring it up some, because now hit points are more in-depth (Example being hitting 49 instead of 5) so that must effect it in some way too.

 

You get a certian amount of xp just per cast, then added the xp for the amount it hits. But by using full melee armour, there is now way you will hit, therefore the chicken will never die. Also you get a constant experience amount.

 

Besides the fact that hp has just added a decimal .0
So it might effect the spell by .001xp or is it .01 lol
