So I haven't played for years , and have gotten back into the game.

I've tried googling it but can't find anything helpful.

Whats the best way to get 1-99 herblore? Don't mind spending some mils. without going to crazy. So basically whats the best cost efficient way?

It's for both, as you can't make overs, you x2 the extremes.

Make super energy potions, they are easy to sell too. The problem is selling the pots also, some pots just drag on forever..

The best cost efficient way is leveling by identifying herbs. It's guaranteed to make profit and waste many hours of time.

There are a few options when trying to get 1-99 Herblore. Various guides have been posted on YouTube. I recommend you view these and make a decision.
