1.1x staking

Hey guys,

I recently made insane bank with my 1,1x stake account (stake vs max mains while you have like 2 less stats), the thing is that I always thought 1,1x is like 55% odds for yourself. But now I know its only like 52% odds (stats difference included)
So my question is, is 1.1x staking even worth it? I remember that back in the day hosting hot&cold/frosty flower games was about 58% odds. This is a huge difference compared to this.
And it was easier to find gambles aswell.

Yet there are quite a few 1.1xers. So far I basically just got very lucky. Started @1b and got more then 10b in just a few weeks. My question is should I keep going or is this 52% odds just not worth it unless you have like 20b+ atleast. After I know this 52% I just feel like this 1.1x thing is overrated.

 

52% is still better than the 50% of maxed main staking. The good thing with 1.1x is you can afford to lose more stakes because of the .1 buffer.

 

If you don't feel confident doing 52% odds I would recommend getting a couple mid level accounts like A Broken man suggested. I personally don't think 52% odds is worth pursuing if you don't think you have enough gold/persistence to profit from the edge.

 

Mid level accounts? Could someone give me an example of stats?

Continue on, don't call stakes above 1b unless you're willing to pump in more $. The more stakes you do with odds the higher the chance you'll profit. It also helps to do splits on big pots so you're risking less.

Getting harder to get x trades and for a 52% edge you best have a fuck load of money to stay alive.

 

I've gone on 20 loss streaks on regular 50/50 stakes, I wouldn't mess with Xing personally.

 

Not worth. I have friends that have lost there entire banks irl off the 1.1x

 

I could never get my head around odd staking

 

Who taught you how to calculate odds? The only way it's worth being a 1.1er is if you have the IRL bank to do so. You need 20-30k USD readily available and even then it's not enough sometimes. X'ing is all about getting EV and absorbing the loss's. If you dont have the capability to absorb 10-20b in streaks stop xing now. Take your winnings and run. You've gotten lucky so far. I myself have seen users lose 40k+ in 1 day multiple times. R.I.P. Herc

Hattez is right tho you really need a huge bankroll, I wouldn't bother with it unless you had at LEAST 75k and even then you're gonna end up splitting everything cuz you can't take the varience

 

You'll run into a bad losing streak eventually. 8 is my current record for loses in a row. I did have a 15 win streak recently though.

Ofc, things were different back when dicing and fp was around.
