Explain the service: I went to Kyle's skilling services and asked about what 180m would get me from 59 str for my mauler he told me 92. I went with his services it was a long drag on from there. He worked on it rarely and soon decided to get a worker to finish it for him. He told me about this guy named 'semp' who would complete my order. Semp trained the account the rare time but never more then 200k exp a week. t has thus been around 7 months i believe since i made this order, i have spent around 14 bonds in which was unnecessary as this training only should have taken maybe 5. About 3 weeks ago I was pretty upset and decided i just wanted a refund for the rest of the training and some of the bonds..etc that semp said he would refund due to the lack of training that was being completed and as i was going to sell the account and when i did semp told me that i can't get a refund due to problems irl atm I asked Kyle and he told me that i'd have to wait. It has been 3 weeks with no word of anything of going on, I didn't want to make this but I honestly feel like this isn't right. as this time frame for a simple account to be trained should not have taken this amount of time and it is still not completed, nor have i received any refund. I am leaving for college in the next few days and i will honestly have no time to deal with this stuff so I'd like it to be done asap.

I'll be responsible for re-paying this, i don't have a clue on the exact xp amount, but figure out a fair #, and I won't be able to re-pay as I don't have internet/computer access on a daily basis anymore. Factory will contact me on the # that was decided and he should be able to pay you later or we'll work something out.
