07Services - Stealing Discord Vanity URL

I understand that this report incites a lot of (negative) emotions, but please focus on your claims and try to minimize the personal attacks, they're completely unnecessary

Thank you for your response.

@President , we appreciate your reminder to minimize personal attacks. However, we would like to highlight the fact that Dario and Nikki have made highly insulting remarks in previous responses that could legally be considered slander. You only addressed personal attacks after we made a mildly passive-aggressive comment.

We believe that the previous response is based on a false premise that MyPvM has the right to the word "PvM." "PvM" is a common term used in many games, and MyPvM has centered its brand around "MyPvM."

Their website, https://mypvm.shop/, states "Copyright MyPvM. All Rights Reserved." I retrieved this website from their once public GitHub repository page (only made private after I brought the security vulnerability, which is finally coming to light, to four different Sythe staff who have all either declined to give me permission to prove it or passed it off/ignored it).

Their other website, https://www.pvmservices.org/, also clearly states that their name is "MyPvM."

Their Trustpilot account at MyPvM is rated "Excellent" with 5 / 5 on Trustpilot confirms their name as MyPvM.

As you noted, there are no rights to a Discord vanity link. If this is not the case, we would like to ask if you would take action against the two businesses on Sythe that have stolen both of our previous vanity URLs, as this situation is an exact replica to the one we are facing now, although we had approximately 60% more members than MyPvM when our vanity links were sniped.

Regarding making it clear that it’s no longer MyPvM, anyone who joins our server will see that there is no mention of “MyPvM” or “PvM.” The server is being used for advertising purposes only, and it is clear to anyone who joins that it is a different services Discord. If it is not clear, it would suggest that MyPvM's brand recognition is not strong enough to make it obvious that this is not their server, and in that case, they should definitively not have any claim to the word "PvM" or the vanity link.

If you would like, we would be more than willing to add a disclaimer to the server stating that MyPvM's server was banned and the vanity link is now owned by discord.gg/07services.

Additionally, MyPvM continues to break Sythe rules and go without punishment. They threaten, lie, and cheat. I have provided numerous counts of evidence to Sythe staff via Discord as people do not want to be targeted by them for a report, yet thus far it seems like MyPvM can do no wrong no matter the evidence piled against them. It is not a coincidence that a large portion of reports recently have been against them and that we receive numerous DMs daily since this thread has been opened from people who have worked for and with them stating that MyPvM has treated them unfairly, dishonestly, or threatened them. Sometimes with evidence to back it up and sometimes just with testimony.

I sincerely hope any bias can be set aside and that any Sythe staff that currently receives or has received a payment in the past from MyPvM not be involved, as we cannot be sure to their objectivity.

We can't do anything about servers we do not own or have any power in. We were not involved in the sniping of this vanity link.

Good morning good friends @OSRS_Services , @MyPvM

The highest arbiter on this website has looked into this case and gave his ruling.

@OSRS_Services please take the necessary steps to make it abundantly clear to customers that you are not the same business that previously owned the vanity URL or return the vanity URL

Edit: in regard to the second snipe, there is not enough evidence to imply that 07 is behind that. Please make a new report if new evidence comes up
