I figure that your decision is pretty clear, so I'm conscious about what is being discussed? There seems to be some confusion. Could you ensure transparency here by holding your conversation here/could you ask Tyler to refund? I am slowly getting anxious about this whole situation and the significant deterrence to just refund the victims.
