Well you dont have to necessarily play rs to use it properly but you do have to have some knowledge of runescape. This guide could make a person hundreds if not thousands of dollars.

I havent tried it yet as i'm about to sleep but the guide is VERY detailed.
Good for a 10+min read with ALOT of information, this guy covers pretty much everything that you would need to know.

I'm going to try it out tomorrow and maybe i will come back to RS3 then !
