Let me be clear in saying that I don't believe that it is going to be shut down it is just what I heard. I really hope it doesn't I enjoy playing it with everyone. I think it is the revival of runescape.

 

If this is true, they are in theirey scamming people.

If they are planning this, I'm sure something will be put in place.

 

Unless these rumors are coming from jagex themselves/someone in direct contact with jagex, I can almost guarantee you that they are 100% bs.

 

The shutdown wont happen.

Why would they close it? Alot of people are playing.

 

If you're scared a game isn't going to last, don't play it.

 

I highly doubt that such a large company would risk their entire reputation after such promises were made to the community.

 

Not going to happen, I can guarantee. Not with as many active players as there currently are. They'd lose half of their current playerbase instantly.

 

I dunno where you heard these rumors, but they're pretty dumb. The game won't shut down. Old School Runescape has probably got more traffic in a day than EOC in a month.
