07 Range staking stall.

    07 Range staking stall.
    I've just made a new range staker, and it seems nobody stakes without obstacles because they all have a stall which gives them first hit.

    Anybody know what the stall is and willing to tell me? I'm happy to pay a little bit of GP for it if you like.

    Sorry if this is in the wrong section, dont know if glitching is classed as cheating or not...
