The ban definitely drops it down at least 5-10m ($10-20)
factor in your status on Sythe (not very trusted) and you're probably looking at ~10-15m ($20-30).
Trusted sellers could probably get ~20m-25m for it ($40-$50)

I saw a relatively trusted seller trying to get like $160 for a 99 mining account with no bans a while back, and he came up with maybe $70 tops. I'd call yours $30-40 because of that moderate ban and your untrusted status.
