Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
The backcharge I made against Divica was a very bad mistake. I haven't backcharged anyone else (except the attempt against the first report link I posted above, which will be explained below) and won't ever again. In november when I backcharged Divica, I wasn't in the best situation with finances IRL, and the only person i talked to online (all day, whilst I worked) was Ballers (the person who posted the report, also a banned member). We would talk all day about ways to make money etc (legitimate ways) and at the same time both heavily staked on RS trying to make quick money. Staking gave us some great streaks and we made quite a bit of money but inevitably this gave us the false idea that it was a great way to make money so re-investing all of what we had previously made staking, we went ahead and lost it back to staking - and more. This is where the backcharge against Divica comes in. There's no excuse to it, it was a very bad thing to do and I am ashamed of so. Like I said I have never done this before, and never will again - for that same reason.

The report that Ballers ("unregistered SeeyaSkid") made against me included me backcharging him. This was my attempt at recovering money from him that he owed me for gold he bought from me. In February, about a week before the ban he was on a VERY bad losing streak and he was still staking. He kept buying gold from places, I think from R2 mostly. He bought 100m or something and lost that to staking a couple days later. Then around this time I staked and won up to about 450m. He hassled me to buy 335m off me, saying he was "good for it" to pay me. Having been good friends for a few months, I saw no reason why not to believe him (we had exchanged many trades and favours between us in terms of selling each other gold via paypal during our friendship). Not a day later, I told him actually could I get a refund on the gp or some of it and he only pay me for what i didn't have back. He said no. Anyway, days passed and I had heard nothing back about my money. He kept saying he didn't have the money to pay me for it (not what he said when I gave it to him). I said fine but you'll have to pay me back either the GP or the $ amount the next day because I needed it. This is when he started ignoring my messages, and after going on Facebook the next morning I realised that he had deleted me, blocked me, from everywhere he could. So having being owed 335M (x 2.2 at the time = $737) and him blocking me, I had no way to recover what he owed. So I indeed went through our transaction history and summed up enough transactions to cover about $650 and did a chargeback (for no more than he owed me). HE WON THIS by phoning his bank and paypal. Then a couple days later, I get an email from paypal saying that he had initiated a chargeback on me for the total amount of $418 ($200 & $218 transactions). He then proceeded to post the report on me on Sythe for the Divica chargeback. Since this time, he initiated a few more and in total owes me $1,900. I am yet to receive any kind of repayment from him for this.

I am very regretful for the chargeback against divica, and since it I have registered on Sythe, donated, verified, and done a lot of $ worth business. All with good intentions. I did honestly have the intention of somehow paying back, I am just not financially rich IRL and currently support both myself and my family in our rented house and I work all day to pay all the bills.

Divica has been refunded, as Bogla had put his trust in me, and had agreed to have me pay him back for the same amount and he paid back Divica for the chargeback (http://gyazo.com/19f89c19c6d501f96a8afa0896cd3eb5).

Days after I was banned Bogla trained my fiance and I to operate live chat and how to trade gold. He made us an account attached to his business Paypal, gave us access to his Skrill account, and all the gold we needed to operate during the hours when nobody else would be online (early est). My fiance created a Sythe account after I was banned (Bogla Andrea) which she stopped using to avoid the risk of her being banned for ban evasion (we use the same connection). I have since done over $40,000 worth of transactions through Bogla Gold (can verify this through PayPal/skrill/interac/live chat logs) on my own and have paid back Bogla for this refund. One $123 repayment and the rest through many hours of web programming/technical services (http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1816918-quid-repayment-received.html).

All activity on my Sythe account has been carried out since the chargeback, all with good intentions. All my vouches for doing web services and selling gold will hopefully show you I am truly a good guy at heart.

I have no play in any DDoS attacks that he claims in the report, I'm not even sure how one would begin when launching a DDoS attack so definitely wasn't me and I have never instructed anyone to DDoS for me.

I think he was just adding salt to the report so maybe the DDoS was a lie.. I'm not a networker so not sure if the log he posted proves he was DDoSed either, but again - not me!

 

Couple things I'd like to input on this:

#1 - Where is the proof that you sold Nick 335M 07? All we can see is that you reversed (or attempted to reverse) a payment to him. Considering your previous reversals with Divica, we can't just take your word for it.

#2 - You only confessed and admitted to charging back on Divica when the evidence was posted in front of you. You originally denied that it happened, and only once we backed you into a corner did you finally admit to ripping him off for over $500.

You're also likely a Vader, DDOS'er, and god knows what else in the past. I don't believe for a minute that with your history and experience on the Runescape Black Market, that Quid is your first Sythe account.

 

None of the IP's listed match your account, so I'm inclined to believe you on this.

 

There is no proof of the 335M, which is why I didn't post it. As mentioned in my pardon, we were "good friends" at the time and had given each other up to 500m~ in good faith many times, so the 335M was to my knowledge the same deal, and I did not screenshot it....

I have experience in black market because for years on and off I have been a lurker. I have never had an account because I'm not a big poster and never had interest in actually running services (when I was a teenager I simply didn't have the attention span to keep coming back regularly to run any service or what-not). Quid is my first account, and there were none before that. My post count is low, all my posts are mostly vouches and interested in peoples services posts - same reason as above.

Also, I'm not a DDoSer, as mentioned in my previous reply to Shin I don't even know where one would start when DDoSing. Never been involved in blackhat activities...

 

You have got to be kidding me on the DDoS'ing thing. You're a big staker for one, so you are definitely well aware of DDoS'ing and would be around it all the time. Secondly, you are a talented developer. To try and tell us that you have no idea where to start with DDoS'ing is bullshit. You're one of the most technically proficient people I've seen on Sythe. You're intelligent and you were telling me you could throw up a highly advanced, customized e-commerce website within 30 days.

That is much more complex than DDoS'ing somebody. Furthermore, Divica says you ordered the reversed payment using a proxy. So it seems there was intent to reverse the payment from the beginning. Feel free to reply to this, and give us some honest answers dude. No one is buying the notion that you have no idea how DDoS'ing works / how to do it. That's BS.

I'm talented at what I do because I spent years teaching myself how to do it. I taught myself PHP (HTML, CSS, etc alongside) and a little of Java back in the day. The reason i'm so talented and can do what I do is because I spent my teenagehood trying to better myself. That's the reason i can work for myself right now and can offer such a deal as you mentioned.

This doesn't for one second mean I know anything about networking. I know everything I need to know about running a webserver and no more. I did stake a lot yes, and yes i'm aware that ddosers/booters exist, however i have never felt the need to go and see what it takes to set one up. I simply don't have the desire. The idea that I'm a booter simply because i'm talented at website designing is frustrating to be accused of.

Proxies also aren't a complex, secretly hidden, hacker-only tool. Used for many things, and for instance right now my windows machine is ethernet-hooked up to my mac in order to share the wifi connection as my windows machine has no wifi adapter. This causes some issue when FTPing (didn't look further into it) but for whatever reason, using a VPN proxy allows me to FTP with no connection timeouts. I am happy to demonstrate this if anyone wants proof of my usage. In addition, I'd use a proxy to surf the US Netflix.

I didn’t really expect to get pardoned on my first try because I did wrong divica, and I realize that was pretty low, but it’s really frustrating that this turned into accusations of me ddosing. This isn’t one of those things where it’s just because there’s no proof I’m not admitting to it, I’m trying to turn a new leaf, and I know I’m on trial for screwing over divica, but I have never ddosed anyone and as I said before I’m not a whiz at networking.

 

So you're saying that Nick, the guy who tipped us off about the Divica situation, just completely fabricated the DDOS stuff? Tbh, everything else he posted was correct. You did charge Divica back, you did charge Nick back. I just don't believe he fabricated that from thin air.

You're also putting yourself in a very vulnerable position with your claims of knowing nothing about DDoS'ing. If Nick has any proof that you do, then suddenly you are entirely discredited. It's one thing to say you know how it works, but don't partake in it. It's another to claim you have 0 knowledge of how it works. Nick can likely provide proof that you definitely have more knowledge than you are leading on here. That will put your pardon back into the stone ages.

Everything I previously stated is accurate. There will be no proof of me having knowledge of how to DDoS attack because I don't have the knowledge.

I'd be happy for you to ask Nick for proof, so that maybe you will finally realise I'm telling the truth.

 

Basically some more input on who this Nick guy is so you guys can better judge his character. I didn't realize who this was until I was able to see who charged back Quid when he posted it on his dispute.

He was someone I did regular swaps with, because he owned a cc (Daily Swaps), and I think he was part of some other swapping CC (Maybe Farcast/Hattez can confirm - they were scammed by him from what I read by googling daily swaps). We talked on a regular basis since we were both newer to sythe, and I quickly learned that he was a staking addict. We stopped talking after he scam quit, and charged me back for some GP I sold him( http://gyazo.com/ae3191d4745fac6c17265318aaa759cf ) He bought a bunch of gp off me and lost all of it staking. I booted up my old laptop to find these skype logs.

This isn't to say Quid shouldn't be on trial for charging divica back, but this nick person isn't a victim. Pretty sure there was a failed business venture between nick and Quid that caused this bad laundry (and possibly fabricated ddos claims) to be aired in the first place, I'm sure Quid can explain that.

What has changed?

I really hope this isn't just bad blood between us being rival gold sellers, and Quid working for me that is causing you to put him on trial for more than charging divica back.

 

I would like to start off by saying that Nick Mclean was one of my hosts and I can vouch for the fact that he is a scammer and very untrustworthy. Second, I would like to say that Quid really doesn't know his head from his ass when it comes to DDoSing. I am an expert on DDoS protection and so Bogla and Quid came to me. They wanted to know about some of my DDoS solutions. I could tell that they both basically had no idea what I was talking about for most of the time. Any mod that wants, or just Will; are welcome to check my skype logs.

 

Bogla - a Pardon is different from the rest of the forums. We already know that Quid deserved his ban. At this point we are looking to determine whether to allow him back into the community.

For this assessment we must decide if he has truly changed from the person who scammed. The question is not "will Quid come back and instantly scam". The question is, why should we believe that Quid will make a different decision when he is going through tough times?

To properly answer that question, we must judge his character. While you are both saying that he was 100% peachy and Nicholas McLean is the scum of the Earth, keep this in mind: Him and Nick McLean were "best friends" for a long period of time. Both of them were addicted to staking, not just Nick.

Now, I trust jon's opinion on the matter because he really understands DDOS'ing and how it works. I trust his judgement that Quid has no knowledge of DDOS'ing.

That being said, I still say come back in 6 months to Quid. The guy ripped off Divica for $500. He didn't come forward, he got caught. That needs to carry with it some form of punishment. If he came forward and paid it back on his own accord, he'd have a case here. But you can't charge someone back for $500, operate on the Gold/Item Exchange for months afterwards, get caught for the chargeback, repay, and come back like it never happened right after.

Nick is also known as Staking, a 07 staking addict who gets cleaned on the regular. Nick joined ddyce and quickly we became friends. He wanted to start up a swap clan after being kicked from ddyce. I did a fair bit of swapping with him over a course of 1-2 months. He bought gold from me regularly using paypal.

Now for the ugly, he pretended to have a large swap and asked me to cover a portion of it. This happened regularly between hosts etc. Anyways i give him the 60m. Not 10 minutes later he starts screaming on teamspeak that he was banned. He promised to repay me but never did. He also recovered the max main i purchased from him, which i had resold and had to repay the user back. All in all kids a piece of shit. I tried helping him build trust, a swapping fc and sythe account. Im just glad he never charged me back though all things considering. (sold him bils) Also Nick is well versed in booters and shit. He'd talk shit and tell people he'd knock them off line a lot. (think thats why he got kicked from ddyce) He could easily be lying about getting knocked off line but honestly they both sound like pieces of shit. Sythes better without em.
