[Buying PP/MB] Account better than: Airfighter24 + min 1 99 + good cb stats

Yep that's right, I need a better account than my friend, and his account is "Airfighter24"

Other requirements: over 100 cb, good combat skills (I'd prefer somthing like 99 str or 99 mage - you get the point) and a decent total level (at least 1300+). Must have the main quests done or must be able to start them.
