MarcelRS's Ban Dispute

Howdy,

Last night I was selling gold because I was in need of cash quick to pay off some bills in real life. Sold to a few GP merchants but noticed that the money that got in my Paypal wouldn't work, as in, I couldn't get it out or anything. I therefor refunded the money to one of them and requested him to send it to my friend's Paypal account. However, when I was talking to David (BSGPSeller) and sold him some gold too he thought I was ban evading because the emailadress of that Paypal account matched someone (DutchOwnage) on Sythe that is banned. I know this guy but he lives about 6000? miles away from me as I live in the US (I can proof that if you'd like) and he lives in Holland.

I'm here to make legit deals and nothing else...

You've posted from the same Holland based IP as DutchOwnage, so even if you aren't him you've still let him use your account.

 

I used to live in Holland and came over to his place quite often, yes. I did not know (I should have known, agreed.) it wasn't allowed to post from there and I apologize for that. Here's proof that I received money in my Paypal account from Arcus but then refunded it and had it send to his because I was having trouble with it.

 

Alright so, did a bit of digging. Found some fun stuff.

First off, these 5 accounts are all accounts listed under that IP of yours that matches DutchOwnage.

Looks like you tried again after what seems like only hours after the ban on Giancarlo, and thus, MarcelRS was born on 10-28-2011.
