If your argument is going to be, "It's not in the rules, can't ban if it's not in the rules!" then please, think again.

If you actually READ the entire rules page you would find this small clause:

Please, cut the crap. You know what he did was completely wrong.

This may seem wrong to you, but he did not use a password cracker or anything else that is not allowed here.

I agree that I would be pretty pissed if I tried to log on after months to find my password has been changed, but guess what, I can recover my account.

This may have been enough to earn him an infraction at most, but a temp from a sectional mod that is moderating the wrong section?

 

Bold - You must think of it like this. If a person is stealing other peoples accounts do we want him on a website like this? Stealing from others is stealing, we don't need trash like him on these forums; he will just cause trouble.

Italicized - Excuse me? First off, I was an RS Mod for quite some time before I resigned. I understand I'm a Market Mod, but that does not limit me from infracting or banning someone when it is needed.

I spoke with him on MSN, I explained everything to him. If he wishes to dispute his ban he is able to and I will post my argument as to why he was banned and we will see who is right. If you wish to continue this discussion, please talk to me via PM as this is just creating spam.
