    Yep, that's right, im going for it ;D Saw another thread about weight loss log, thought ima do mine too.

    Yep i will, i had 4 an year ago or summit. Ima post one pic after my workout is done. And I aint so worried about the time, i know it will take abit, but I can wait dw :) Thanks.

    I was going to say^ you won't get abs in 5 days if you're not already there with a great base (low BMI, and already a start to the muscle mass)

    Before you uploaded it I thought you'd be fat (trying to get a six pack) ;)
    Wont be too hard as you dont have much fat to loose, so you just have to muscle build :D

    Na, aint fat. I also do punching bag like 1-2hours day + gonna start running in the mornings once I get some warm shirt, gonna buy it this week most likely. :) I want perfect build up until i join army (in 2 years).

    I ran a mile on a tredmill. The next day, my abdominals were so sore it hurt to get out of bed in the morning.

    Just do that, run/jog/walk miles on heavily inclined tredmills along with crunches and etc and you'll get there in no time.

    Does it really matter if he's pale? Does it matter if he's so orange that it grosses you out like the Jersey Shore cast? No.


    Nice start, you can see them, but you'll need to sculpt and perfect them so they can pop out. Good luck man!

    If you just do abdominal workouts every day or twice a day. Crunches/ situps etc. You will be easily be able to get a 6 pack in 2 weeks since you have a low fat ratio. Also, if you have more light in your room your abs will become more visible.

    Its freaking winter, how I can be other? Thanks for support all, just got back home gonna start some workout and will post results bit later :).

    +1. I say, if i born white or black or w/e, I have to live my life as it, solarium or other shit is pointless to me tbh, when summer comes ill get some tan :). Thanks for support all :)

    A good 6 pack is made up of the entire abdominal region so make sure you keep your exercise mixed up so your stomach muscles don't get settled into a routine.

    Do things like planks and bridges to work on your core which helps 'POP' out your abdominals.

    Flutterkicks are a good way to tone up the lower part of your abs which is where the male body loses fat the slowest.
