Hey title is self-explanitory, i am vouching for someone who can make me a xbox live account from their xbox with no gamer score no nothing, just a fresh new account.

THIS IS CONSIDERED YOU SELLING VOUCHES. You clearly wrote on your title Vouching for creating a new account from xbox - I rephrased it a tiny bit, but that is the main gist of it. I am not spamming and please don't tell me to read when clearly this is stating you are selling a vouch for a new 1 month account.
