Pre-marital Sex, Your Thoughts?

I do agree that sex should wait until marriage.
But I also feel that if you KNOW you love someone that sex can be involved.

Just my views.

 

I, myself, have never had sex. I do not plan on waiting until I'm married, unless the girl I fall in love with really wants that. I personally don't care if other people have premarital sex. I won't call them a sinner, or think of them any less, etc.

 

The same can be said about using protection or simply not having sex. You are prohibiting a human baby from being alive by not making it.

What's the difference between that and killing an unconscious fetus?

 

When you're using protection, you're killing the Sperm Cell, I don't know if it's alive, but it's like a tadpole lol. It isn't a human baby yet until it meets the Egg cell of the female and becomes an embryo.

But that's as far as I know.

My opinion is, both are really sure about what they are about to do, loves each other, has 100% trust to each other, this is for the people who would have sex because of love.

 

You do not need to worry about killing sperm cells. They are not on the same biological level as tadpoles, tadpoles are entire organisms and sperm cells are simply cell parts of an organism. The only sperm cell, of the millions and millions in your body that will NOT die is the one that gets to the egg. Lol

Yes, but if you kill the sperm, then you are denying a human the chance to live.

 

The question isn't about that its about premarital sex, and love doesn't mean sex buddy you can love someone without having sex.

But anyway, I heard someone say that not letting your sperm fertilize the egg is the same as denying the chance for a baby to live. And, I agree, but...Basically, that is saying that any sex with birth control is like killing a baby, which is hard to think about. And if you do, that kind of makes you think premarital sex is bad. But, I have seen many views on this, most people thinking it is fine, and my opinion has changed a little also.

Tbh, I am going to answer honestly here.

I support the idea of "saving" yourself to your partner in marriage. I would love to do it myself, if it was socially acceptable. I like the idea of purity etc.

Its long too late now, I'm 18 ffs.

But, a girl from my class, she's a Christian, and she is saving herself for a future husband, so she haven't slept with anyone yet. Personally, is think that is really admirable.

 

The admirable thing in that is going against social norms and doing what's best for you. However, it depends on why she's doing it. If she's going against what she wants so she's 'clean' for her future husband... what the fuck is that? If she honestly wanted to have sex, then she should do it, and find someone that would accept it, rather than thinking of her as dirty. My thoughts...

 

I coulnd't care less about killing a sperm. People are killed in Iraq, and you're religous leaders dont care. I'm not a vegetarian, I eat meat. So don't pick scabs, because you will bleed and kill red blood cells. Dont cut your hair, SAVE THE HAIR CELLS

This argument is just ridiculous. Sperm is a haploid cell that has no possibility of creating life on it's own. It is one of many cells in your body that you lose daily, whether through ejaculation or through urination.

If we were to follow this "if you kill the sperm argument", you'd be having sex on a daily basis.

 

Don't get me wrong. I don't think anyone who doesn't reproduce as fast as humanly possible should be considered murderers. I just use that example to put it in perspective. It's all a question of where you draw the line between "human with a right to live" and a simple cluster of tissue.

Personally I don't see the big difference between killing an unconscious fetus unable to feel pain, and using a condom to stop the fetus from forming.

 

Marriage is simply a legal ceremony, hell you can get divorced faster and easier than you can get married. Since marriage basically means nothing in our culture, i definitely think its ok.
