    I'm thinking about starting again...

So here's my story, I used to play WoW, a lot. I was so addicted noone else in my house would have a go on the computer. One day, a power surge hit the house and messed up my computers circuits. I quit then, because the aweful company we were with took almost three months to return the computer. By then, my subscription had expired, and my interest in the game had diminished. Until now. I really want to play again. I remember all the fun I had on it, but I'm also thinking about the consequences in real life. Ever since quiting I've lost lots of weight, my social standing has increased a lot, and I have fewer spots and bad acne XD what would you guys do?

I find it quite ironic that someone that plays Runescape is telling someone that.

It's all your choice, to be honest. I got really bored because it's kind of tedious levelling, but if you want to start new, wait 'till Cataclysm. That way you'll have hundreds people leveling with you.

If you have free time, then there's really no wrong in playing the game. For example, if you come home and watch 3 hours of television at night, it's no different than sitting at the computer and playing World of Warcraft.

However, WoW could create an obsession, and that 3 hours would turn into a longer amount of time, having a negative effect on your person.

Nonetheless, I'm certain you'll make the right decision, but if you can just quit and lose the weight, etc, I don't see any wrong in playing the game. Also, I agree with wizardzgame: You should wait until Cataclysm comes out so that you will be able to join the game again with great excitement and lots of help from others.

    Good luck!

That is my story. even tho i play wow i do a lot of sports and at school my social standing is very high. I suggest you restart and google some tips to play less and this way you won't be addicted and will go outside by yourself. If you play you dont have to play everyday or what u can do is just play by the morning or the night.

If you already lost interest in WoW don't go back. You can live without WoW! Your going to come back and then want to lvl to 80 or something. If your lvl 80 your going to want to get the best gear possible, achievements, and all that other crap which will be very time-consuming

Refer to what Tgump said also
