Well yeah its very good account because???Oh boy because it has a hair cut that no one else has!Muwhahaha I only own four of these accounts and no one else has them.So yeah if you want to buy please post offers here.Also if you guys try getting a hair cut you will see that it was never set there.The new hair cut was a quick test for jagex i believe and they removed they added it for a quick moment and delete on May 27th 2009.Yes you will be able to recolor the hair as long as you don't change it to another hair style.

I actually took the time to go to Falador and check every haircut.. he's correct, you can no longer get this haircut, however, I doubt anyone will EVER notice you have a unique haircut, so these accounts are somewhat worthless. Sorry to say.
