We save customers valuable time, letting them skip the hassle of grinding for gold in their favorite video games. We aim to provide a truly superior experience to the customer in every aspect.

Currently there are a few LiveChat opportunities available.

Requirements:

You MUST have 250M 07 or $300 of your own to begin working. You supply your own stock, and sell it through the site. Once you've sold your stock you'll be sent re-reimbursement for your cost + the commission you earned on the sale. This allows us to accept any qualified person, without worrying about trust.

You MUST have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate well in English. You should be able to remain civil and friendly to difficult or rude customers at all times. You'll need the ability to multi-task as you may be dealing with multiple chats and game clients at the same time.

You MUST be able to keep our trade secrets and practices within the company. No information should be shared about our fraud prevention policies, back-end website software, etc.

You MUST agree to cover the monthly Zopim Livechat fee required to activate your agent account (typically $14), as well as a % of any charge-backs that occur based on your commission (Don't worry, I'm here to help you out. We have great fraud prevention systems, policies, and experience dealing with PayPal. If a charge-back does occur I may even eat it if you followed proper procedure).

You SHOULD have a strong background in virtual goods markets. You should already be familiar with some RWT related safety measures for the games that we service.

Why do you think you're the best person for the position?: While I do not have any preious live chat experience, I have been part of the sythe and powerbot black markets for over 5 years. With over 250+ vouches/feedbacks on both these sits, and around $200-300 donated (50+ on sythe and sponser on powerbot), I have had a lot of experience in the Runescape black market. I usually work in the service section and am great at multitasking/under pressure. I do think that I will be able to thrive as a live chat agent and hope you consider me as a potential agent.

Why do you think you're the best person for the position?: I've been in the Runescape black market for 3 years now where i've worked my way up to a manager in the Runescape service UPS owned by GodGenesis, I held the position for 8 months which makes me so experienced in customer support.
What experience if any do you have trading virtual goods?: I've sold/bought/swapped gold on multiple occasions and i've been in the services scene for over a year and a half now.

so If I sell my stock 250m 07 at 1.53 site price = 382.5$ what happens exactly.

Some things:
When you checkout it says deliver to this address when RSGP is not-physical but I guess its something related to stopping chargebacks and proof of address.

Ehh -- As for the @trust part.

If its your site, if someone comes in the livechat, you'd still be liable if people get scammed when someone tries selling to you via it.

Just a heads up

 

50% commission from profit of your own stock? Seems like there is no much advantage to be found here imo. No costs or chargebacks are being covered what so ever.

Not remotely true.

You're getting access to a storefront, livechat system, e-commerce back-end with anti-fraud tools, our supplier and client list, trade secrets, making use of our advertising, trust, etc. That's all a significant cost.

A LiveChat representative will easily move more than twice what they're moving now. Maybe three times, four times, etc. Someone that starts with a 250M stock can expect to make many times that. Commission is negotiable down the road up to as much as 80%+

As far as chargebacks go you're getting an advantage there as well. With our integrated systems and policies you can expect to dramatically reduce your fraud rate. The site will fight any claims on your behalf. On top of that I stated that I may even eat some chargebacks if everything was done correctly.

I'm not new to Sythe.

Obviously I guarantee all transactions made on the site.

 

Still think 50% is quite the margin considering that what you just mentioned seems quite easy to buy/get yourself. But I ofcourse do not know what kind of anti-fraud you are using, if it's like bulletproof it would get more reasonable.
