It is 100% legit.You can't get any steam game,but you can get almost all new games.I got a few games 4-5 months old.Its pretty cheap for what you get.

Are the keys region-free (if so, any proof) and will the games be revoked at some point?

 

The keys are region free and no,they wont be revoked.I have traded with a lot of ppl and for every single one of them the keys were working
