Sorry for the third post on this section of the forums but I feel it's important I get unbanned as soon as possible. I've not had any lucky coming to conclusions with mods on Skype, Entrr left last night without clearing things up-- that's fine, but I'm slightly in a rush to get things sorted.

I went to the extent this morning after I woke up to write a fully detailed document cutting out every single statement Joopii said about me and proving it wrong. Please take into consideration however it hasn't been proof read.

I'd love to hear some second opinions on this. It's really hard to make the decision on my own with a he said she said decision..

 

I believe iZinc, especially with the info presented int hat google-doc

 

I also agree an unban is fitting given the evidence presented.

General concern whether applicable or not
I noticed that Dave quoted one of Unb4nn3d(Alex)'s posts in my appeal thread, but I'd like to add that Alex doesn't know what he's talking about in the kindest way possible, I tried everything to explain to him what Joopii is doing and he actually sided with Joopii after everything that went on and thinks that I should pay Joopii for 30% equity after Joopii scapegoated me for 100% of the business and got my website taken offline for illegal gambling which is ludicrous, but if legally I had to I would, but that is the last thing on my mind right now and I obviously wasn't thinking about paying him his 30% at the time of all this drama, him even thinking that is just-- words can't explain. I'd also like to add that Unb4nn3d(Alex) has published an edited screenshot to try and taint my name: http://i.gyazo.com/37158719dd76c86de188de2cc8384640.png I'd presume he's been presented this screenshot and that he's not behind it. But notice it's a gyazo, yet the bottom right of the picture is edited out? Also if you check in every situation where I've mentioned anything to do with web hosting companies, web servers, web files I've not once worded it "Webhost". The text chat has been edited. So if he says anything, don't use it as evidence as he's clearly against me or delusional and I mean that with no disrespect to him.

Regarding Joopii's new website
Joopii is trying to hide the fact that he reported BBB for illegal gambling, by making a fake story saying that his website got taken down for illegal gambling too. You can't connect to BBB because it's been taken down: http://178.32.92.124:8087/ but you can still connect to his website because he just removed the domain name himself: http://37.59.200.30:8087/. Ultimately the web hosting company would be able to present the truth about this situaion and that's all that matters. Bare in mind, this is only my assumption based on what I've learned of what Joopii is capable and I don't expect a lot of people to be on that level and I mean that with no offense intended.

Regarding his first claim:

Everything was backed up with evidence and valid screenshots which is clearly presented on the document without question.

Regarding the 1b 07 situation
I’ve put mine and Entrr/Ryan’s Skype conversation into this pastebin and exactly what I said in response stands: http://pastebin.com/rJjPcGFC it wouldn't make sense for me to scam him 700M 07 a few months ago and him not bring it up, and I hate this situation because I know what he's capable of when it comes to socially engineering and I've lost in that aspect by the amount of people he convinced initially, so for goodness sake. Look at this logic behind trying to frame me or this compared to what he's done, and what I've done. It makes more sense for him trying to at least frame me of something than it would for me to of scammed 700M 07. Also, him arguing against this point will just be him socially engineering again, the only thing that's valid here is the physical evidence, and the logic.

Regarding blackhat activity
I’m not sure when that screenshot of his was taken but I only have Skype logs so far back and I’m willing to CTRL+F “hit off” and screenshare with a mod on Skype and it won’t show me typing “hit off” in that context anywhere. My evidence only goes as far back as X so that’s why the date of his screenshot is important.

As I mentioned on my initial google document that I didn't want a constant fight-- because that's what it ultimately will be with him saying something, me defending and proving him wrong, and him saying something again. I don't want that, because it's extremely draining and a complete waste of time. You know he's a wizard with words and will sugar coat anything and everything and make his claims seem very believable, but at the end of the day look at the evidence that I've proven wrong so far. If he had anything substantial it would of been the first thing to try and accuse me of, and I've proved him wrong with everything so far, so anything else be brings forward-- which will be very belivable and fascinating to read due to his socially engineering skills but it will be nitty gritty him trying to claw onto anything he can to a) waste my time b) try to ruin my reputation c) still try to attempt to advertise him being legit and me being a scammer. He's immature enough to keep doing things like that, from my point of view you could IMAGINE(and I type that with a deep breath) how draining and pressure-filled this whole situation has been for me, and what I've done so far, so the LAST thing I want to do is to be responding to every single "scam" claim that he's trying to place on me, I want to get unbanned, and get this whole Sythe deal out of the way once and for all.

Any admin can add "Erkonkolme" in Skype and you can see either on Teamviewer or you can have the Skype password to see the conversation

 

honestly, i say just ban both of them and be done with it.

Hey, I was looking at this thread:

I read through the whole document, which is full of lies and I can prove everything about it wrong if this is not enough what I am going to post here:

I am willing to show this to a mod on teamviewer, or even give my Skype password to them temporarily.

Also he totally lied about the 1b 07 case here: http://www.sythe.org/13543350-post6.html, you can see how he just evades the argument. A fact is that he owes me 700m 07 for that and when I told Entrr about this, iZinC gave him fake evidence of him paying it to me and now he continues lying.

I haven't been up to date with this and I can't find a ban reason for any user with the name "iZinc" - can someone summarize the situation please?

 

The account is BigBoiBets, owned by "iZinc" of BigBoiBets poker site. He co-owned with "Joopii" who had 30% IIRC. Joopii uploaded a video to Youtube explaining that iZinc had cut him out of the business and not paid him. iZinc (BigBoiBets on Sythe) is now presenting his side in the large document above.

Site has been relaunched and all players previous balance has been restored.

As for the black hat accusations, I'll contact iZinC for an explanation.

 

Denied. Sort out EVERYTHING before you try returning. Things to include:

1. Blackhat claims
2. Demotions/Refunds ect any other logistics that may arise to avoid a future problem.
