I think I got like 2 range levels and a HP level without taking a pic, can't check for sure though as I don't have membership.

Bank on 07 is around 10mil if I remember correctly.

Quests: DT done, MM done, Zammy book done and filled, climbing boots done, mith gloves done(I don't know if you can get addy gloves now or not, but I quit when miths were the highest you could get on 07.), quests that give attack XP are done, prayer xp quests are done(besides the ones that get you to 52).

I'm a perfectionist so when I made this pure everything was planned out so you can completely max out and be fully quested with anchor and all at 60 attack 52 pray. The account has 0 defense exp.
