Boots, I'd say Dragon/bandos boots/Ranger boots.
Necklace, I'd say either fury, berserker necklace or an amulet of ranging.
Ring, Any of the Fremennik rings (Warrior, Berserk, seers, archers).

Boots: Dragon boots or steadfast if u can wear them
necklace: Fury
Ring: Berserker ring(i) or Onyx ring (i)

Boots: Dragon boots/Ranger Boots/Gano Boots.
Necklace: Fury/Arcane Stream/Rangers Ammy
Ring: Berserker Ring/Archer Ring/Seers Ring depending on what kind of attack you'll be using. Imbued rings can't be bought but if you're willing to work to get them, any of those imbued is the best.

 

x2 on bandos boots, fury, and beserker ring (if your training melee) if your training range then ranger boots, amulet of ranging, and archers ring.

Dragon boots are FAR better than bandos boots. You're sacrificing 1 defense bonus in each category as well as one prayer bonus for 4 strength bonus and a ton of money saved.

As far as rings and necklaces go, fury and berserker are your best choices.

 

If you dont want to spend countless hours at Mobilising Armies, then you can get the Tokkul-Zo ring. It has +4 to all defense and attack bonuses, as well as provides the best bank teleport for any item in the game.

i'd take +4 str over +1 def/pray anyday, and he did say money wasn't a problem.

Tokkul-Zo(Ring)

Range:
Ranger Boots
Ammy of Ranging/Fury (Fury gives def bonus and pray bonus)
Tokkul-Zo

Mage:
Infinity Boots
Arcane Stream Necklace
Tokkul-Zo

Don't use a Tokkul-Zo for PVP situations, as when you lose them, it costs 60k+ tokkuls to recharge.
