do quests that give def xp, and you could also skill and use all xp lamps on defence. Best way to get it quickly is to quest though.
I had 6% ep, risking 75k and I got glory + dds + pray pot and some other stuff, added up to almost 100k.
You also kill things inside of PC so you have to factor that in as well.
Its not really fun watching 0's get hit most of the time. But goodluck on your goals.
