A bit of advice: Jagex has started to crack down on ahking a bit. Don't abuse it too much and try to avoid a bot/plugin that everyone uses.

Owen has the right idea. But with that said, go the phat for the "bling" factor, and the fact that they're only limited.
It really is too difficult to say if, or when the next world war will occur. I could only see proxy wars being the trend under current...
