So, here's story.
It was quite a long time ago that my account Todu got banned. I was an active user and was attempting to get into the RS gold exchange markets. I wasn't the worlds biggest RS trader, nor will I ever be, however I did accumulate a few vouches in my time here, a lot of them with the other person going first.
I started playing Fifa 13 a lot with my real life friends and my attention was turned away from Runescape for some time. I had a few friends who I told at Chrismas that I could get 1 million coins by the release of Fifa 14, they didn't think it was possible (They don't even know about Sythe). I was legitimately purchasing coins quite often, although I stopped worrying about vouches towards the end of my Sythe days as I never thought I would return. I got closer and closer to my target of 1 million coins and then, I had no other option, I had traded all of my RS gold for Fifa UT coins and had no option but to scam the last coins.

This was the scam report filed against me. £4 is a measily scam. I feel ashamed now it comes to it and dishonoured and we all know, an opportunitist will take their chances and to risk getting banned over a £4 scam was rather foolish of me. I have never had the intention to scam nor do, I was desperate to achieve my goal and have paid the price for my greed.
I am not sure how things work when the user who filed my report gets banned? I would happily offer a refund + more for condolences if asked, however because they're banned what's the system? I'm quite happy to donate to Sythe and receive no benefits to repay the forum somehow.
This is where my second infringement happened a few days ago.
A while after my ban I created the account UniqueOne (http://www.sythe.org/members/364538-uniqueone.html). I lurked the forums mainly but then I started to legitimately trade for World of Warcraft playtime etc. I didn't ask for any vouches because I didn't want any attention in my direction, I have the people on my Skype who I did trade with however, with chatlogs, I can prove that these trades happened.
I knew ban evading was against the rules, yet I continued to lurk the forums until my presence faded away. I didn't use Sythe because my laptop HDD broke, I had no way to get onto games so Sythe's trading community didn't show any relevance to me. I've recently just got a new laptop, I've decided to play Runescape again and would love to be a part of the community again.
- The reason that my account UniqueOne was banned was because I, kind of foolishly, posted a thread asking for help on a JAG question that I needed. I bet your ass that everyone's suspicions were raised, this newkid coming in with little posts, no vouches asking for help on JAG questions, sounds fishy even to me. However, I have the account, I can gain access to the account from this IP address, I have the original email and can prove I can access and own the email address.
Everyone deserves a second chance, in my case, I was foolish and did the most stupid thing ever. I acknowledge my mistakes, I am happy to return whatever was taken and believe my time being on edge all the time should be given a second chance.
