Dobi

I purchased an account from Dobi, he PM'd me said he was selling an account.

I went through with the trade, the only reason I purchased it was because I was buying from a reputable member. I paid 160m and agreed to pay 140m more 2 weeks later. 2 weeks had gone by and the account got recovered, I then at that point found out Dobi didn't sell me the account, but his worker did.

Like I said, the only reason I purchased this account was because it was from a reputable member. I didn't know at the time that it was Dobi's worker, he never admitted to this. Now I'm skeptical to keep any money on the account or anything because Dobi didn't actually sell me it. Can I get a refund or anything from Dobi?

 

Before we can really get too involved in this we'll need proof of:

The sale convo (basically top to bottom)
Proof of his Skype ID
Proof of it being his Skype ID (Skype link/post/PM)

Where and how did you find out it was his worker? We can look into this but get the above for me first please.

I recently sold this user a near max main for 325m 07. Message me If he has any previous scams or anything.

 

First, I'd like to say that I did recover the account because he did not pay on time, but I didn't recover it straight away, I've waited 4 days for his reply 1-2 days later he got on paid 140m and got the account.

Dobi found out that he's ban evading so he opened a report http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1952724-maroo.html. Danny didn't like that at all so he opened a report 20 minutes later trying desperately to get a refund.

 

This is a case of multiple wrongs.

Dobi has been banned for two weeks because of the account sharing, and the refund will not be issued. However - Dobi will be held responsible for this transaction in the future.
