The user was given all the pre-checked credentials of the declared account and contact email. He was also given a whole list of my security recomendations, which I strongly recommend all of my customers to follow if they don't want to get suspended.
The user has failed to follow every single paragraph of my recommendation, morever, he did not keep that in secret.
The user has entered fake billing info when he was changing Steam Store currency because of which he was unable to purchase anything from the Store unless he contacts support and they change all the info to the real one:

When the user was suspended, he contacted me on skype. He has never been ignored or whatever he's complaining about in the report thread. I'll send you all the logs on request. The user was accompained by me all the time, I was assisting him with all the relative and not questions he had.
The user has been suspended on the other bought account earlier and didn't learn the lesson. Following my recommendations would not get him caught most probably:
I never refund for suspended Steam accounts, there were no promises of that kind. I'm neither responsible for users actions after they purchase accounts from me.
Just a sidenote: seriously, why would you ask seller to pay for the car you've crashed yourself? I've sold hundreds of such accounts and I never put a spoke in one's wheel.
