Scam report : wisp

I contacted wisp via skype to purchase this account : http://www.sythe.org/pures-skillers...0-total-insane-skiller-30m-divination-xp.html

And probably vpn : 93.106.135.9 ( I dont know if I'm allowed to post that, i'll remove it if I'm not.

I offered to purchase it for 135M which I would pay 120M at first and then 15M when I had it.

After giving wisp the money in world 61 middle of varrock (Forgot to take a picture, silly me.)

I do have pictures of the full convorsation and confirmation from him that he indeed recieved the money, after he got the money he proceeded to log off.

I know it's my own fault for having misplaced trust in someone who's fairly new to sythe (so am I) and that I didnt go through a trusted seller or use a middleman, I figure all I can do now is report it.

I also got added by roary, i dont know if this is truly him. Only adding it here to get confirmation.:
