Pretending to be a mod/ ex-mod (Deathsnova)

He's been warned in the past not to troll outside of the spam forum but he still continues pretending to be staff/ ex-staff.



He was previously banned for the same thing. He should be permanently banned, if he trolls in the spam forum its fine but when he takes it outside of the spam forum most people will believe it. This is just as big of a threat as any random person saying they were a mod in the past. This guy was banned for pretending to be staff http://www.sythe.org/11602050-post4.html

If Deathsnova really was a mod then I apologize but if he wasn't then he should be permed just like anyone else has been in the past.

Users will be banned permanently for the following:
Scamming: or any suspicious behavior similar to scamming (i.e. attempting to scam), this includes Runescape name Sniping. This also includes:
Impersonating other members, and any other similar behavior.
Impersonating ranks through the use of your signature.

 

Just a heads up, the guy who was banned on DJ's thread was the vader of an ex-staff member who was banned for lying in his pardon.

I however don't know if Death's was ever a staff member so I'll leave this for someone who does know to handle.

 

was it confirmed who the ex-staff was? the name Joshuar/ Josh is awfully close to Joshua. Its probably a coincidence though. He's still impersonating someone he isn't though.

 

This was not done maliciously, but rather as a mere troll attempt.

On that note, Richard has already banned him once for 3 days for trolling outside the spam forum, and so its a little hard to determine how to punish him.

I'm going to stick him with a 10 day ban, however this ban is not final and is subject to change by Richard if he sees fit.
