you literally can't prove its a ban without logging in and seeing its a ban. just cause its not on highscores doesnt prove its banned the name could have been reset for a bad name or other shit thats not provable unless logged into the black mark screen.

Exactly, if it can't be proved then you should revert back to what's most likely. Everyone who actually trades, knows the issue in that report

if it cant be proved and the account is locked then the most logical thing to do would be to unlock the account. anyone with common sense knows that.
